About Cabin Class

Classification of service level varies by airline. Selection of some classes may limit your results and not all classes are available for all search types. Options for class of service include:
  • Economy class seats are in the main cabin area, and typically are the lowest-priced.
  • Business class seats are a level between first class and economy. Business class passengers typically board the plane before the economy class ticket holders and enjoy larger seats. This option is not available on all aircraft or on all flights. Business class fares are more often available on international flights.
  • First class seats are in the cabin area nearest the front of the aircraft. First class passengers typically board the plane before the other ticket class holders and enjoy the limited number of larger seats. Other perks may include complimentary beverages and upgraded meals, when available. First class fares are usually the most expensive and not available on all aircraft or on all flights.
